Fun Clay Making
Miss Yoon Jung Heo, the talent donor, held a clay workshop with our students today using our generous donations from Clay Fingers (https://www.clay-fingers.com). Due to the kindness of our sponsor and our teacher, Miss Yoon, the students were able to have a relaxing and enjoyable break away from school work. Students first identified colors and learned how to mix them to create new colors. Using their new clay colors, Miss Yoon taught the students how to make bowls, caterpillars, food, and other creations. Along with playful and calming music, students were able to take a breather from their rigorous studies and share smiles and laughter with each other. The students had loads of fun, just like Miss Yoon said, “Today is about enjoying our clay—let’s have fun!”
