Give Chances After School Reading Program
During afterschool, students spend the second hour, after finishing homework, reading using Epic.com. Epic has a wide variety of books and reading materials for students of all ages and reading levels. Give Chances students enjoy reading both non-fiction books and fiction books. Epic has leveled reading options through F&P or DRA and is also sortable through grade levels. In addition, Epic added video options recently and is a fun way to incorporate short lessons and information for students who may want to take a break from reading. Epic is a good way to keep our students engaged after a long day of a strenuous school day.
