On December 13th, Give Chances’ DDartists closed out 2024 with a heartwarming and unforgettable celebration. The event was filled with joy and gratitude as the team celebrated the year’s achievements together. One of the highlights included the success of DDartists’ holiday greeting cards, which were sold to community members. The cards not only generated profit but also directly benefited the artists—the proceeds were used to purchase special holiday presents for them, creating a meaningful and memorable moment of appreciation.

The celebration also brought a new opportunity to raise awareness about DDartists within the community. Through a feature in Mom & I magazine, DDartists highlighted the importance of inclusion and diversity. Featuring artists with developmental disabilities as cover models holds significant social meaning—it challenges stereotypes, fosters acceptance, and showcases the talents and individuality of the artists. This recognition inspires others while promoting a more inclusive and compassionate society!
