We are thrilled to share the exciting news from our recent Chance Makers Youth Leadership Council Orientation, which took place last week in Palisades Park. This event marked the beginning of an incredible journey for our council members as they came together to kickstart their leadership roles and embark on a mission to make a difference.
During the orientation, our members had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Chance Makers program. The evening was filled with engaging activities designed to foster connections and teamwork among the participants. Getting to know one another on a personal level was a key goal of the day, and it was heartening to witness the bonds forming among our youth leaders.
In addition to team-building exercises, the orientation featured some fun raffle activities, adding an element of excitement to the evening. The event also involved an important task—dividing responsibilities for the upcoming Love & Sharing Concert, which promises to be an unforgettable experience.
Our members are gearing up for an essential board meeting that begins tonight. This meeting is where the real work begins, as they will collaboratively strategize and plan how to further develop youth leadership within Chance Makers.
