Supporter interview with Mr. Kim, PNPLINE’s Senior Manager
My name is Shin Kim, I’ve been working at PNPLINE since last December. During the coronavirus outbreak this summer, I was part of the food drive organized by the Joyful Learning Children’s program at Give Chances. I was in charge of packaging and delivering the food. It actually didn’t feel like volunteer work at all. I found so much fulfillment when families that would greet and thank me while I was simply doing something I could do. I’m so grateful for the parents and children, especially of Hispanic families, who gave me their warm blessings and welcome. Sharing isn’t such a difficult task. By sharing, even the smallest actions of sharing can affect others and come back to you as something more meaningful. I support and wish the best of luck to Give Chances families, who are, literally, giving chances to others during these times.
