Volunteer Feedback is the most Crucial Variable for our Growth
We recently conducted a survey among our volunteer tutors in order to determine how we as an organization can improve to better support the children academically, socially, mentally, and emotionally. We also wanted a way for our volunteers to share their thoughts, feelings, and ideas with us. One volunteer said, “I enjoy the interaction with the children and the sense of fulfillment that comes with tutoring these children.” Another volunteer said, “I enjoy volunteering because of the experience I gain working with children and broadening my horizons.” We are grateful for all our volunteers and their hard work!
