Chance Makers
Youth Leadership Council

Chance Makers is Give Chances' youth leadership council for middle and high school students nationwide who want to grow as leaders, serve their communities, and make a difference.

Running continuously for over 10 years, Chance Makers delivers evidence-based leadership curriculum developed in collaboration with government agencies and community partners. More than a volunteer club, Chance Makers gives students real leadership experience through structured mentoring, community outreach, large-scale event planning, and student-designed social impact projects.

The program runs with biweekly hybrid workshops, in-person events, and hands-on service opportunities.

  • 1. LEARN

    Mentorship & Youth Leadership

Members are matched with college students, educators, and professionals who provide structured mentoring throughout the year. Through monthly workshops focused on wellness, communication, and leadership development, members build confidence, grow their professional network, and develop the skills to lead in any setting.

    College & Career Readiness

Members access college prep workshops, career exploration panels, and direct connections with alumni and working professionals, building the knowledge and networks that prepare them for their next step.

  • 2. LEAD
